You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. You may submit and transmit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically via the contact form on our website. In addition, we provide an electronic withdrawal function ("withdrawal button") on our website, accessible via the footer of each page. Using this function, you can declare and submit your withdrawal directly. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Exceptions / Items not eligible for return
The right of withdrawal does not apply, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, to the following contracts: contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; contracts for the supply of goods that may deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly; contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery; contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature; contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market which we cannot control; contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery; contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You will generally bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
